It is a mixture of analytical data and being in tune with market and selling features of your home. If your home has emotional appeal to buyers, then we factor that in to our price and marketing. It is not one thing we do to get your home sold….but all the things that come together to successfully price and market your home to a successful completion of getting it sold.
